About the controllers
The Blueye App supports most standard Android and iOS controllers (see the full list here).
The Xbox controller is our recommended device since it can be used on both iOS and Android. If you already own a Pioneer or a Pro you can also choose to start using the Xbox controllers if wanted.
The Pioneer and Pro models have been shipped with two different types of controllers, the PXN iOS controller, and the PXN Android controller. Keep in mind these two controllers are not cross-platform, meaning you cannot use an iOS controller on an Android device and vice versa.
The Xbox Elite controller can also be used with the Blueye iOS App and is recommended for customers using the Reach Alpha two-axis gripper, as it features additional buttons for controlling both axes at the same time. However, it is not supported on Android.

If you are an iOS user, you can swipe right on your home screen to access the widgets screen and add the "Battery" widget, which will show the battery status of all your connected devices.
