Power off the system before you connect or disconnect any guest ports or peripherals.
If you see an error such as "GP1 – Read error" or your payload is not detected in the app, check the following:
Verify that the drone is running the latest software.
Power off the drone and disconnect the affected connector.
Inspect the connector for debris and ensure no pins are stuck on the drone side.
Insert a blind plug, power the drone back on, and check whether the error disappears.Does the affected connector/payload work on another guestport?
If the issue persists, try starting the drone without the pressure sensor connected and check whether the error disappears.
Either use the "Contact support" button in the app or send an email to support@blueye.no with the results of the tests above. If you send us an email, please attach a screenshot of the "Diagnostics" menu in the app while being connected to the drone as well.
