In order for the Blueye support team to debug your troubles as fast as possible you can upload your divelogs to our server by doing the following:
- Connect to your drone and press "Sync log files". Wait for the app to finish downloading all your dive logs.
- Go to "Settings -> App settings" and make sure the "Share Dive Logs" button is enabled.
- Close the app and disconnect from the Blueye WiFi.
- Connect to a WiFi with internet access or enable mobile data
- Open the Blueye app and press "Sync log files". Wait for the app to finish uploading your logs
