To obtain warranty service, contact us by emailing support@blueye.no. We will send you further instructions.
Securely pack the device and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Write the tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the device, freight charges prepaid, to Blueye as per given instructions.
Please remember to delete and/or store content from the memory card or other information stored in any of the items before returning back to us.
