Blueye Cloud builds a complete inventory of your fleet automatically. When you upload dive logs, the platform reads out which drones, batteries, and peripherals were used — no manual registration needed.

Upload your data
Upload in the browser
- Select Upload in the top menu.
- Drag and drop your files into the upload window, or click to browse.
Supported file types: .bez dive logs, .mbez multibeam recordings, .mp4 videos, and .jpg photos.
Drag and drop dive logs, media, and multibeam recordings directly into the browser.
Uploaded files show as Processing under Recent uploads while Blueye Cloud parses them. Drones, dives, and equipment appear on the dashboard when processing completes — this usually takes a few moments per file.
Upload from the Blueye App
The Blueye App can also sync dive data to Blueye Cloud automatically. In the app, go to Settings > Blueye Cloud:
- Under Auto-sync, choose which file types upload automatically after they are downloaded from the drone. For example: dive logs and photos Always, videos and multibeam recordings Wi-Fi only.
- Follow the progress in the Sync Queue. Completed uploads move to Sync History.
- Use Browse local files to upload files from the device manually.

Your fleet dashboard
Blueye Cloud extracts serial numbers, software versions, batteries, and attached payloads from every uploaded dive log. The dashboard shows each drone with its model, dive count, total dive time, last dive, and software version — including a notice when a software update is available.

Track individual drones
Click any drone to open its detail page. It shows the exact configuration from the most recently synced dive — attached equipment such as grippers and sonars, the current battery — plus the drone's dive list with depth profiles, its media, and a Notes field where your team can log observations about the unit.
The drone detail page shows serial number, dive statistics, and currently attached equipment.
Track batteries and equipment
The Batteries tab lists every battery your fleet has used: serial number, cycle count, number of dives, total dive time, and which drone used it last. Use it to spot batteries with high cycle counts before they become a problem in the field. The Equipment tab does the same for peripherals such as grippers, sonars, and positioning systems.
Every battery is tracked individually with cycles, dives, and last use.
See your fleet on the map
Switch to the Map view on the dashboard to see where your drones, dives, and equipment have been deployed. The sidebar groups everything by drones, dives, equipment, and batteries, and clustered markers expand to show individual items.
The map view shows the geographical deployment of your fleet.
