Blueye Cloud is the browser-based platform for your Blueye fleet: dive logs, video, photos, multibeam recordings, and reports — all in one place. This article shows you how to sign in for the first time, create your organization, and invite your team.

Blueye Cloud uses enterprise-grade identity management to keep your data secure. You can sign in with a Microsoft account or create a Blueye Cloud account with your email address.
Option A: Microsoft work or school account (recommended)
- Go to cloud.blueye.no in any web browser.
- Select Sign in with Microsoft.
- Sign in on the standard Microsoft login screen. Complete any two-factor prompts required by your IT department, for example the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Blueye never sees or stores your password — authentication happens entirely with Microsoft.

Option B: Sign up with an email address
- Go to cloud.blueye.no and select the option to sign up with an email address.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Verify your email address with the confirmation code sent to your inbox.
- Return to the portal and log in.
Create your organization
An organization is where your team manages drones, dives, and media. On your first login, Blueye Cloud asks you to create one.
- Enter your company or team name.
- Optionally adjust the URL slug (the address of your organization under cloud.blueye.no).
- Select Create organisation.

Invite your team
- Go to Settings > Members.
- Enter the email address of your colleague.
- Select a role: Viewer (read-only access), Operator (can upload and edit data), or Admin (full control).
- Select Invite member.
Choose a role for each member when you invite them.
Blueye Cloud emails the invitation and also gives you a link you can share directly — by email, Slack, or anywhere else. Pending invitations are listed in Settings, where you can regenerate or revoke them.
Each invitation gets a shareable link. You can regenerate or revoke it at any time.
