The Blunux Web App replaces the deprecated Blueye File Transfer desktop app and offers a streamlined way to transfer files from your drone to your computer.
The Blunux Web App runs in your web browser and connects to your Blueye drone. You don't need to install anything. Just connect to the drone's Wi-Fi network and open the app in any browser.
Multiple people can use the web app at the same time. Your team can monitor dives, look at data, and access files without conflicts.
Features
Overview Dashboard
The dashboard shows what's happening with your drone:
- Recent videos, pictures, and recordings
- Your latest dive logs
- How much storage space is left
- Drone model, serial number, and software version
- Guest port status (X1 and X3 models)
Dives
Browse all your recorded dives. They're organized by date, and you can filter by date range or sort them. Each dive shows the dive number, date and time, maximum depth, and how many videos, pictures, and recordings you have. You'll see thumbnail previews too.
Click any dive to see the details. There are several tabs:
Overview shows charts of depth, temperature, and other data from the dive. If you recorded GPS, you'll see waypoints and locations. The summary tells you how long the dive lasted and your maximum depth.
Media has all the videos, pictures, and recordings from that dive. You can download them or view them in your browser.
Messages shows a timeline of all the data your drone recorded. You can search and filter to find what you need.
Logs lets you download detailed log files from the dive.
Diagnostics shows any issues or errors that happened during the dive.
Media
Browse all your videos and pictures in one place. Search for specific files, preview them, and download what you need.
Files
See everything stored on your drone. Check how much space you're using and manage your files. You can access storage settings from here too.
System Health
The diagnostics page shows your drone's status. You'll see the model, serial number, and software version. Check if the pressure sensor is working, see any issues that need attention, and check the status of running tests. For X1, X3, and X3 Ultra models, you can also see guest port connections.
Preferences
Set up the app how you want it. Choose your language, how dates and numbers are displayed, and your preferred units (meters or feet, Celsius or Fahrenheit). Switch between light and dark themes. Upload your own logo for overlays and exports. Check storage usage and delete files to free up space. View software licenses if needed.
Updates
Upload new software versions and watch the installation progress. Restart the system when the update is done.
