How to Create a Point of Interest

There are multiple ways of creating a Point of Interest (POI). The options are as follows:

• Tap the Add POI icon on the map in the navigation tab. This action will add a POI pin to the current location of the ROV.
• Tap the add POI icon in the POI tab, and tap edit to enter a specific coordinate. (Decimal degrees or UTM in WSG84 datum).
• Tap “Import” to import a “.csv” file containing a list of POIs.

The POI details, such as coordinates and name, can be edited after they are created.

The POIs in the POI tab can also be exported to a .csv file, so you can easily share POIs with other devices or colleges. See the screenshot below.

Just contact us if you have a file with locations that you want to get converted into the correct CSV format for importing POIs.
